We want to let you know how very pleased and impressed we are with your workers who came to our house after it had been damaged by black soot from a nearby fire.

White is one of our major decor colors and we keep everything as white as we can, so we were very watchful as Terry, Guy and Nick were cleaning the outside of our white house and the pool area. We were pleasantly surprised as they proceeded through their steps of wetting down, soaping and brushing down, rinsing, inspecting, and touching up whatever needed redone. They were very thorough.

When it came to the lanai floor around our pool, we asked them to do a better job, and they willingly did a beautiful job. We took our white hammock from the lanai and laid it on the driveway where the men sprayed it down with cleaner and rinsed it far better than we expected. They did the same for us to a wicker piece of furniture.

We want to make sure that all their supervisors are aware of their hard work and excellent attitudes. It made for a pleasant experience. Thank you for providing quality workers.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for one of your employees, Mr. John Dossett. Recently, my home was damaged by a kitchen fire, contained to one side of the room, leaving a lot of smoke damage.

I never realized how disrupting this accidental fire would be and how it would consume my life for three very long months. The only up side to my dilemma was the professionalism and dedication of Mr. Dossett. He went above and beyond his degree of responsibility to ensure my satisfaction with the end result.

For example, I was told that the hinges and door handles were no longer manufactured and could not be matched to the existing cabinets. Mr. Dossett searched until he found matching door handles and hinges. Although my home isn't a Lakefront Mansion, Mr. Dossett realized the importance of restoring it to its original condition.

Should I ever need the expertise of a contractor again, I would be very satisfied to employ Mr. Dossett. And would gladly recommend him to others.

I am writing to inform you as to how appreciative we are of the services rendered to me and my family by Restoration Specialists in Ocala, Florida as a result of the fire we suffered on Christmas Eve. We suffered from fire and smoke damage throughout the entire house. The Master Bedroom was completely gutted and the rest of the house was damaged by heavy smoke. It was traumatic for us to see our belongings destroyed along with our home (especially at Christmas time).

From the initial contact, throughout the entire job, the folks at Restoration Specialists were extremely courteous, respectful, and professional. The job was completed in a very organized and timely manner. The expediency, consideration, and pride the folks at Restoration Specialists displayed throughout the entire job is rare by today's standards. I would recommend these folks to anyone that needs catastrophic services (we hope we never need their emergency services again) and we probably will contact them again in the future for additional work.

We just wanted to take a moment to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Restoration Specialists. When we woke up on the morning of September 20, 1999, we never thought that by the day's close we would have been faced with the nightmare of a fire. As you might imagine we were devastated and quite shaken. After calling Restoration Specialists we suddenly felt somewhat better. James and Jeff came out to the house. They are great, they are compassionate, caring, and very knowledgable about how we could return to normal. They helped with the insurance end of this nightmare. The very next day they were here and ready to begin work without any delays. They arranged everything and checked in with us daily. Everyone who came out from Restoration Specialists was equally as nice and reassuring, knowledgable and professional. In a few weeks we did return to normal and we have you guys to thank for it.

I hope that we never need your services again; however, it is comforting to know that you are out there to help if life throws us another curve ball.
